So if you change your phone or device, you'll need to first log into your account or synchronize the device to the storefront (iTunes or Google Play) before you can access your purchases upon re-installing the App.

How do I synchronize my Google Play account with my new Device?
Here are some basic steps for how to get your Google Play account set up on your phone and future phones.
- Go to Android's Settings area and locate the Accounts & Sync option.
- You should see something that says Manage Accounts. This is where you can add and remove accounts to your device.
- In this instance, we need to add your previously created Google Play account to this device.
- Please follow the prompts to complete the steps on your Android device.
- Now you should be able to restore purchases that were made previously once you log into the account and open your device.
- Note: For some games, depending on if the purchase was a consumable (limited use) or an unlock item you may need to attempt the purchase process again before you will see the "Restore" button.
- This is because the game will need to connect to the Google Play storefront before it can confirm the purchase was made previously.
