What should I do if my account was hacked?
We have some business that we need to go over with you and then we'll be able to get into the details and what steps that you'll need to take to get this lengthy process started.
1. REGISTRATION AND USE OF PASSWORD
We may require each user to have a unique user name and password combination in order to access and use certain features or functions of the Site. Your user name and password are personal to you and you may not allow any others to use your user name or password under any circumstances. We are not liable for any harm caused or related to the theft or misappropriation of your user name or password, disclosure of your user name or password, or your authorization of anyone else to use your user name or password. You agree to notify us immediately if you become aware of or believe there is or may have been any unauthorized use of (or activity using) your user name or password or any other need to deactivate your user name or password due to security concerns.

Step One: Notification
Please contact the Support team. Be sure to include as many of the following details in the message as you can and also be as honest as you can. It will help us to verify you are the original account holder and not someone else pretending to be you.
Username: > The name of your account
Your Email: > The email address that is registered to the account.
Important Note Please make sure that your email is secure otherwise the account compromising party may be able to log into your email address and contact us pretending to be you.
Subject: > Account Help
- The original email address that you verified your account with when you originally signed up for your Armor Games Account.
- Date of birth
- Any quests you recall completing
- Any previous purchases for games listed on our Payment Support form.
- Your location and IP address of the most common location that you play the game from.
- Names of any players that you have shared this account with
MMO Players
If you play any MMOs, you may also be required to contact the developers of the MMO to report an account compromise as part of your agreement to participate with the MMO. Armor Games cannot assist with any losses or theft if items/in-game purchases or other account restrictions as a result of an account compromise and the impact to your MMO account as a result of an account compromise.

Step Two: Securing your system and account
The USA government has a basic help site that outlines about common practices with regards to hacked email and steps to take to secure and prevent this from happening. While you are working with us to verify your account, this would be a great time to check out any infections on your PC, mobile device, and other locations you have used to log into your account (both email and Armor Games accounts).
Based on the information that was supplied in step one, and how closely it matches your account's records we will likely place a temporary restriction or Ban on the account. This will prevent any access to the account while we are working with you to either gather additional details needed to verify ownership, or to allow you additional time to secure both your computer and your email address.

Step Three: Resolving the report
Once all is said and done with the investigation, if we could verify your ownership we will work with you to update your account records, remove the temporary account restriction before instructing you to take steps to reset your account's password via our automated system.
However, if the information that was provided doesn't match our records the account will remain restricted until we can contact someone that has all of the details we need to verify the account. Typically this is a case of insufficient details and account compromises are one of our most strict policies.
