Progress and Save details for Android OS.
How do I save?
Gemini Strike has three save slots, each tied to its own playthrough, and is set up to save your progress automatically.
I was playing Gemini Strike on my phone and my progress isn’t there when I tried to play from my other device. What happened?
Gemini Strike does not use a cloud save, so your three saves are tied to the Local Save file on the device you are using. So if you were playing on your Phone and wanted to pick up the game on your Android Tablet the progress does not sync up normally. You may want to consider backing up your progress with the Google Drive or another third party data storage option.
I upgraded my phone/changed mobile carriers, where is my saved progress?
If you are looking at upgrading your device or changing your mobile carrier, please note that you will need to back up your data before you make the change. Otherwise, you will need to start over at the beginning when you use your new phone or tablet.

If you encountered a bug within the game, please contact Armor Games Support by using our Contact Us page and selecting Game Support as the topic. Then for the Support Type select Game Issue/Bug.
Please include the following information with your report.
- The version of the game
- Before you tap to start the game, the app version will be listed at the bottom of the screen.
- A detailed description of the issue
- Your Google Play Account name
- If you would like us to contact you at an email address that is different from your Google Play account, please fill out the other email address in the Email Address field of the web form.
- If you receive an error, please include this information
- You can attach a screen capture to your response for the email that our system will send you once you submit the help request.
Please include as much information as you are able to or even steps that you take to reproduce this error if this isn't a one-off error. Having these details will help the testers to replicate the bug and the developers to look into the cause of the issue and get this information looked into for a future fix.

How much is the game?
The Android release can be downloaded and played for free.
Does the game have in-app purchases?
Yes. There are in-app purchases available.
Are there any ads?
Yes. To help offset the cost of releasing the game for free, there will be the occasional ad that will be displayed in the game.
My In-App purchase didn't work, what do I do to get a refund?
Google Play has a self-help guide that will help with the majority of in-app purchases problems that you may come across. If these steps do not solve the issue and you would like a refund, you may contact Google Play team as they will have access to your Google Play account and can issue refunds based on the Google Play policy agreement.
Regrettably, Armor Games support has no direct access to issue refunds for your Google Play account.
