Services for Massively Multiplayer Online games (MMOs) playable on Armor Games are provided by their respective developer and support team. We cannot provide direct technical support related to specific problems within a game.

MMO Purchase Support

If you have an issue with a purchase made for your account within an MMO, you must contact that MMO's support team directly. Armor Games is unable to assist with purchases. In most cases, you will need to provide the developer support team with your username and any e-mail receipts you have available.

MMO Loading Problems

If an MMO is not loading for you, there is a possibility that the game is undergoing scheduled maintenance or having a temporary outage. If the problem persists throughout the day, and you are not getting a specifc error message, there are some basic troubleshooting steps you can try.

• Important Note: If you have ad-blocking in place, this can cause many problems. We recommend that you remove it and try again first.
• Sometimes the issue can be resolved by simply rebooting the machine. Please restart your computer and try again.
• If it persists, try clearing your browser's cache.

• Still having issues?
• Try a separate browser. If you're using Internet Explorer, try Chrome or FireFox.
• Try loading the site in an Incognito or Private Window.
• Make sure your Flash Player is enabled for your browser.

If the problem persists, please contact the support for that MMO.

MMO Removal

In some cases, Armor Games may remove a game from our site. This could be due to persistent errors and lack of player support, low ratings, the MMO itself shutting down, or other issues. We try to give players as much notice as possible in advance of this happening by posting messages alerting them on the respective game pages. MMOs that have been removed from Armor Games are still playable elsewhere online or on their official website.
