Here are some common causes of what may be causing your your chat bar to not work.

Was it disabled?
- Go to your Account settings.
- Hover over your username in the top right.
- Click Edit Settings
- Uncheck Disable Chat

Is my browser supported?
As this is a third-party feature, there are some browser issues you may run into. You can check if your browser is on the supported list.

Are you using any addons?
If you are using an add-on or a popup blocker, it may be causing problems with our chat functionality. Try disabling the blocker temporarily and reload the page (Control + F5 Key) to see if it comes back up.
If it does, please note that popup blockers are not supported on our site, so you will need to get help from the third-party software if you need assistance with configuring the application to allow you to use chat feature on our site.

The game page loads but the comments seem to be stuck "loading"
This is a known issue that happens sometimes, and the cause may differ from user to user.
Solution A. There may be a corrupt cookie or a caching issue with your device.
- Clear both your browser's cache and cookies.
Solution B. There is a plugin or add on preventing the feature from loading.
- Temporarily disable all plugins, extensions, and add ons in your browser.
- You can also you can use Firefox’s Safe Mode or Chrome’s Incognito mode instead.

Solution C. There is an excessive amount of windows open, please close them out.
- Please close all chat windows
- Refresh the page
If that still doesn't solve it, you'll need to "wash, rinse, repeat" until all of your windows are closed and DisQus loads normally.
